![]() I am posting this under Windows 10 IT Pro because I am running Windows 10 but can find no forum category for Visual Studio. I have no idea where to find Toolbox items 'to drag' to the Toolbox area. Specifically, I am keen to know how to get the common controls back in the Toolbox (where they were when I started developing) or how, exactly to proceed to 're-populate' the Toolbox byÄragging them to the Toolbox area. The original installation DVD and am considering uninstalling and re-installing VS 2010 but would like to not waste a lot of time with that process if there is some simple solution. That process completed successfully but it did not solve the problem. I attempted to 'repair' Visual Studio 2010. i have 'rightclicked' the toolbox area and selected 'reset' ,but that did not do anything. ![]() I have tried rebooting my machine but that did not change. I have made several attempts to correct the problem, to no avail. Visual studio 2019 Tool box is empty am using visualstudio 2019 and windows 10. Drag an item onto this text to add it to the toolbox. There are no usable controls in this group.
